I'm Teresa Wagonseller, CPA and Founder of HigherUp CFO Services.
For more than 30 years, I've worked with business owners and leadership teams, helping them make better financial decisions through experience gained in public accounting, tax, audit, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship.
Today, I bring that experience to established businesses as a Strategic Fractional CFO - helping business owners improve profitability, strengthen cash flow, plan for growth, and build stronger, more valuable businesses.

Tasia Austin is an accounting professional serving as Assistant CFO, with a background in both public and corporate accounting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is currently working toward her CPA.
She supports organizations through profitability tracking, cash flow forecasting, and maintaining accurate, timely financial data. Her work centers on bringing structure and consistency to financial operations, ensuring a strong foundation that allows leadership to focus on informed decision-making rather than reconciliation.
Business Advisor
Tiffani Arnold is an entrepreneur with a background spanning business ownership, marketing strategy, and administrative operations.
She has experience building and supporting organizations through strategic marketing initiatives, process improvement, and day-to-day administrative leadership. Her work focuses on bridging creative vision with operational execution to help businesses grow efficiently and sustainably.
